Mark Folk founded New Wilderness Adventures in 2001 after more than 20 as a business owner and entrepreneur. Mark is married to his wife (Sheri) of 40 years and has two daughters (Madison & Sydnee) and one son-in-law (Christian). Mark has led adventures of all kinds all over the US and internationally for over 20 years. Mark began fly-fishing in the mountains of North Carolinas in the late 70s and has spent countless hours on streams and rivers, fishing and teaching others to enjoy the sport.
